Sponsors still being accepted until August 8th Welcome to the Claws & Paws Golf Tournament Home Page The Claws & Paws Golf Tournament was established in 2004 as an annual charity event to raise money for the Humane Society of the Harrisburg Area.  The Humane Society of the Harrisburg Area is the only non-profit open door admission shelter in Central PA and serves Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry and northwestern York counties.  HSHA receives no government funding or funding from national or state animal welfare organizations.  Their operational budget is met only through adoption fees, bequests, individual donations, corporate sponsorships and events, such as our golf tournament. To date, the Claws & Paws Golf Tournament has raised over $28500 for the Humane Society of the Harrisburg Area.  Golfers have contributed approximately 2 ton of food and supplies as well.
